    The Regular School Board Meetings are held the second (2nd) Monday of every month at 6:00 p.m. at the Butte View Complex.

  • Regular School Board Meetings are monthly at Butte View Complex, 400 S Pine St #3. Please use the Butte View Elementary entrance. Special meetings are also called when necessary. Board elections are held in November with the Officers (Chairperson, Treasurer, etc) elected annually at the January Board Meeting by a vote of the Trustees. 
      
    The community is encouraged to attend school board meetings. Meetings are open to the public except for executive sessions which state law permits to discuss personnel, negotiations, or legal matters. During Executive Session, no votes will be taken. Patrons who wish to comment on agenda items may do so by signing the public comment sheet located at the Board Room entrance.
     
    Board Meeting Agendas are posted online with a Web-based software application that electronically streamlines the preparation of board agenda packets and builds a searchable archive of meeting agenda packets and approved minutes.
