Delayed shipments may mean lunch menu changes
Manufacturing and distribution chains across the food industry face heavy disruptions due to shortages of supplies and staff. These unprecedented disruptions result in limited and delayed shipments of our food, supplies and equipment.

Please bear with us as we work through the challenges! We make every effort to service our menu as planned. However, our menus may change as we adapt with the unexpected break in the food supply chain for schools.

We are committed to offer all healthy meal components with as much variety as possible. At times, last minute substitutions may be unavoidable.

Thank you for your patience and support.

    Free School Meals Rock
Free breakfast and lunch meals for all students, PK-12th grades, in Gem County public schools through May 26, 2022.
Thanks to the USDA, the Emmett School District is extending the Free Meal Program in the state of Idaho to all children, PK-12th grades, in Gem County. That means the Emmett School District will serve breakfast and lunch meals to all traditionally enrolled students at no cost until May 26,2022.
The only exception to this rule is when a student takes a milk only. Milk is not considered a reimbursable meal, so the student's meal account will be charged $0.50.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for the Emmett School District to help meet the nutritional needs of Gem County families,” said Isa DeArmas, Assistant Superintendent of Federal Programs.

Credit/Debit Card payments will be accepted on accounts with charges, but only at the Food Service Office located at 722 S Wardwell, during business hours, or over the phone at: 208-365-4084.

We're happy to provide this service to you, but note that the standard 3rd party convenience fee will still be applied.
