    Emmett High School will prepare all students for individual success



    Students DO NOT leave your Chromebooks in your vehicles over night!! If they do get left outside let them warm up to room temperature before pugging it in to charge or you will crack your screens. 

    Reminder: Hoods are not allowed to be worn in the school. Please remove them upon entering the building.


    Yearbook Survey- all students please fill out and submit answers to the yearbook survey that was sent to you. Please have all submissions completed by Jan. 21.


    Tennis- If you missed the Tennis Kick-Off Meeting, please go see Coach LeBreton today to get the information.  


    Drivers Ed- Applications are now available in the office for the next Drivers Ed Class. Applications are due Jan. 24th by 2:45 p.m.


    Seniors- If you took College Prep English 1st trimester and are taking it for college credit, go see Mrs. Myers to get the registration form.

    Lost and Found- Please check the Lost and Found bin and tables. Anything still there at the end of the day today will be donated.

    Baseball- signups are on the counter in the office. Anyone interested in playing Baseball please sign up.


    Senior Class T-shirts- are here! If you ordered one please come to room 210 during advisory to pay and/or pick up your shirt.


    BPA- A special "shout-out" to everyone who helped and participated in Saturday's Business Professionals of America Region 3 Competition - Thank You! We had a very successful weekend and will be sending an awesome group of students to state in March - congratulations!



    Internship/Work Release students- please make sure you have submitted your December calendars! 


    Congratulations- to Katelyn B., she placed 4th in the state in the Voice of Democracy speech contest this weekend!


    Boys Soccer- Any Boys who might be interested in playing Soccer there is Open Gym at the High School on Saturdays at 8:00 a.m. starting.

    Little League Registration- is now open for ages 8-16. Go to the website, register@emmettlittleleague.com for more information.

    Emmett High School Theatre Presents: The Little Mermaid Jr. Musical

    Feb. 14th, 15th, 16th @ 7:00 p.m at the Emmett Middle School. $5 Adults $4 Children.



    Jean Kramer just moved here and would like to hire a couple students to help with unpacking and moving boxes. Please call her at 619-540-9292 if you are interested.

    SENIORS- if you have been accepted to a college, trade school, military and/or received a scholarship please bring a copy of the letter and drop it off to Mrs. Saldana or Mrs. Jewkes in the counseling office no later then April 5th.

    FAFSA Night/College Fair is January 30th from 6-8 pm.  Dinner will be served to students and parents that are filling out their FAFSA applications in the computer lab.

    • Many scholarships have due dates approaching.  Check your applications and watch for important deadlines.  
    • College housing deposits and other fees may be required before registering for next year's classes.  Please pay attention to all your emails and communications from the college you plan to attend.


    Monday: Toasted ham and cheese, chicken noodle soup or sack lunch

    Tuesday: Chicken taco, bean dip, tortilla chips, and condiments, or sack lunch

    Wednesday: Pepperoni Rippers and gems or sack lunch


    Thursday: Chicken nuggets, potatoes with gravy and a roll or sack lunch

    Friday:  Orange chicken with eggroll or sack lunch

    Salad Bar, Fruit Bar, and milk served with every lunch




    Sports Trainer- On game days there is a trainer in M7 30 minutes before game times if you need taped or wrapped.
