     Emmett High School will prepare all students for individual success




    BioClub- will be meeting at lunch today in Room 305. 


    Hit and Run Games- attention EHS students! If you are interested in participating in a game during the Hit and Run Assembly then please log into your email and fill out our survey with the required information. Please include your full name and your 5th period teacher.


    Attn. Seniors - It's time to sign up for the Project Graduation Party!  Please check your email for a document to sign up.  This will be your ticket to the party.  

    The Project Graduation Party will be at the Caldwell YMCA on the night of May 23rd, you will need a T-Shirt as your ticket to load the bus and attend the event. Please fill out and submit this form so the Project Graduation committee can be prepared and able to make this a super fun and memorable night! The shirts, transportation, food, and activities will all be FREE to you, so please join us!


    Also, there is a Project Graduation T-shirt design contest.  The winning design will be printed on the Project Graduation T-shirts.  Entries are due by Friday, March 20th. The winner will receive a $25 gift card.  


    FFA- all FFA members planning on attending SLC need to be practicing to attend. Practices are as follows:

    Monday- Floral at lunch. Scrapbook after school.

    Tuesday- Horse Judging at lunch. Vet Science after school.

    Wednesday- Floral at lunch.

    Thursday- Horse Judging at lunch. Vet Science after school. All practices are in M4.


    2020-2021Class Registration- Registration Handbooks are being handed out this week. Please talk with your students about classes that they want to take next year.


    Driver's Ed- final exam is on Monday March 16th at 2:50 in room 112.  All work needs to be complete by Sunday March 15th.


    Boys Basketball Banquet- will be Friday, March 20th at Idaho Pizza. Banquet is for players and coaches only.

    Parent Survey

    Participants will select a particular school from a drop-down menu. Please direct parents to select a specific school, rather than the district itself. The parent survey will likely require no more than 10 minutes to complete.


    Advanced Acting- Any students wanting to try out for Advanced Acting- auditions will be held Monday, March 16 through Thursday, March 19th from 4 - 6 pm in room 202. Details through Mrs. Smith.


    National Honor Society’s Induction Ceremony- will be held on Tuesday, March 17th 6:00 p.m. in the Atrium. All members are required to attend. If you are a newly tapped member, make sure to turn in your forms to Mrs. Myers.


    Yearbooks- are $53 until March 20th. They will go up to $60 after that date.


    Donkey Basketball- Wrestlers will be hosting Donkey Basketball again this year, April 22nd @ 7pm. Advance tickets on sale. Any groups or teams interested in playing please contact Brandy @ 208-954-1926 or Bhowell@ isd221.net.


    2020 FFA Banquet- is March 16th at 6:30 p.m. RSVP with Mrs. Heikes before March 1st.


    ATTN SENIORS: If you want to be recognized at the scholarship assembly or have your information published at graduation you must give a copy of your acceptance letters and scholarships to Mrs. Saldana or Mrs. Jewkes by April 17th.


    The Soda Corner- will be open Wednesdays - Fridays during lunch in M3! 



    Golf team played well yesterday for their first tournament of the year. We played against 25 other teams and took 6th. Emmett was lead by Cael Farnsowrth's 76. Good job!

    Governor's Cup Scholarship- Don't forget to apply for the Governor's Cup Scholarship. 2.8 GPA and community service required. $3,000 a year for 4 years. It is due in February.


    Hey everyone, (class of 2015 to 2019)

    Just a reminder that if you are going to college in Idaho you can apply for scholarships.  The State Board of Education is using a new platform and you will need to create a new account and update your information when you apply.  Link is below.

    If you need your EDUID# please call the counseling office at 208-365-6323 and we will give it to you over the phone.  It is like a social security number for education and we can't email it to you.  This number is different than your old lunch number.

    If you are going to CWI, CSI or NIC you need to fill out this form, with any additional documents requested, and send it to the Gem County Courthouse. Certificate of Residency Form
